Contest is open to anyone including foreigners who are at least 18 years of age on 1st January 2008. Contestants must be still studying at any secondary schools, colleges, universities or institutes of higher learning.

If selected as winner of the Gatsby Styling Dance Contest ("Winner") in Malaysia, the Winner must agree to attend the Gatsby Styling Dance Contest Asia Finals to be held on 28th February 2009 in Tokyo, Japan. The Winner must agree to attend all official appearances, promotions, sponsors’ product launches, indoor and outdoor photography shoots, outstation and overseas location video shoots (if any) and any other activities required leading to the grand final.

If the Winner fails to comply with clause(s) 4 and/or 5, Mandom Malaysia reserves the rights to take necessary action against the Winner unless provided with genuine grounds of non-attendance and fulfillment.

If selected as the winner for Gatsby Styling Dance Contest, it is understood that the Winner will have to attend the grand final of the Gatsby Styling Dance Contest Asia Finals to be held from on 28th February 2009 in Tokyo, Japan.

Hotel accommodation and daily meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) will be provided by the organizer and any additional expenses, such as telephone calls, room services, laundry, etc will be borne by the Winner. All bills must be fully settled by the Winner before checking out from the Official Host Hotel.

Winner of the GATSBY Styling Dance Contest will have the opportunity to represent Malaysia at the Gatsby Styling Dance Contest Asia Finals to be held on 28th February 2009 in Tokyo, Japan. All terms and conditions apply.

The Organizer, Mandom Malaysia Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for any injuries or distress suffered by contestants in any way whatsoever arising from the respective person's participation in the GATSBY Styling Dance Contest before, during and after.

The judges’ decision in all matters shall be final. The Grand Finalist must not protest against the final results and will not make any comments about it or offer any personal opinions to members of the mass media and any other persons / parties.

Mandom Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves all rights to accept and reject all entries submitted.

The copyrights of submitted movie clips shall be the property of Mandom Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

The movie clips and/or the details of the applicants can and will be used for press releases from Mandom and on its homepages in Malaysia and other countries.

The movie clips or the details of the applicants can and will be used on the official website of Mandom in Japan and other countries.

Please do not infringe on the copyright of the movie clips from 3rd parties as the responsibilities will be borne by the applicants.

Mandom will not bear any responsibilities for any compensation for copyright infringement. If the winners are found to have violated any copyright rules and regulations, they will be eliminated from the winners’ list.

Submitted videos can not exceed 1 minute.

All videos submitted will not be returned but will be properly disposed by the organizer to protect the privacy of all entrants.

Mandom will not provide the results during the judging process.

Should Mandom contact you, you are expected to provide prompt response.
